Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payment

Payment is due in full upon booking of consultation (Not applicable in case of free products). Credit card and Debit Card payment is accepted using Stripe, an eCommerce credit card processing service. If paying by bank transfer, payment must be received in full at least 1 day before the scheduled consultation date.

Cancellation Policy

All refunds will be based upon the following terms and conditions.

  • A full refund minus a card transaction fee is provided if canceled 24 hours before the scheduled consultation date.
  • A consultation may be rescheduled to another date at no additional cost, on a one-time basis only. The rescheduled date change must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled date.
  • Please note that no refund/ rescheduling will be provided for cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation date.
  • All refunds are subject to a minimum card transaction fee.

In the event of a reschedule by Prominent Education, our liability shall be limited to a refund of the consultation fee. The customer will be given the option of a refund or to attend the consultation on an alternately scheduled date. Prominent Education shall not be liable for reimbursement of any other losses due to rescheduling or cancellation. It is highly recommended that the customer does not book any travel or accommodations for consultation as this is an e-service, and can be attended from home.

Refund Policy For Completed Consultation

Once the client has attended the consultation on the specified date, no refund will be made under any conditions.
